Private Sushi Experiences
New Orleans & Beyond

Not dinner.
An experience.

Chef-led omakase and private sushi events crafted inside your home and remembered long after the last course.

OFF the Menu

The idea behind every dinner.

There is
no menu.

Not because I want to take choice away, but because some of the best things you'll ever eat are the things you never would have ordered in the first place.

An unexpected sauce. A pairing that sounds strange until it all comes together. A course that makes you stop halfway through because you've never tasted anything quite like it.

That's the freedom I love.

Private dining gives me the opportunity to create without being confined to a menu, and it gives you the chance to discover flavors you might have walked right past in a restaurant.

Every dinner is built around curiosity, creativity, and exploration.

Meet Logan

The best nights are about more than what's on the table.

People often imagine hiring a private chef as something formal. My goal has always been to make it feel comfortable from the moment I walk through the door.

I love sharing the story behind each course, answering questions, and watching the excitement build before the meal even begins. Watching someone discover a new favorite or say, "I've never tried that before," never gets old.

Every event is different, and that's exactly what I love about it. Every home has its own energy. Every celebration has its own reason for bringing people together. Whether it's an anniversary, a birthday, or a dinner with friends, I love watching great food become the reason people slow down, connect, and enjoy each other's company.

When you invite me into your home, my goal isn't just to serve great sushi. It's to help create one of those nights your friends are still talking about long after I leave.

Good to Know

The practical details.

How far in advance should I reach out?

Four to six weeks is ideal, especially for weekends, but don't hesitate to reach out if your event is sooner. My availability changes often, and I can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings.

How do I book an experience?

Simply submit an inquiry with your event details. Once we've confirmed everything, a deposit secures your reservation.

Where do you travel?

I'm based in New Orleans but regularly travel throughout Louisiana and beyond. Whether your event is down the street or across the country, travel can be arranged. Travel fees vary depending on distance, and flights or lodging may be required for longer trips.

Can dietary restrictions or allergies be accommodated?

Absolutely. Whether it's gluten-free, shellfish allergies, vegetarian guests, or other dietary needs, I'll work with you to create a menu everyone can enjoy.

What's included with the experience?

Everything needed for the evening is included. From ingredient sourcing and on-site preparation to setup, service, and cleanup, I take care of it all. I bring the tools, and you simply enjoy the evening.

How much kitchen space do you need?

Not much. A few feet of clear counter space, access to a sink, dishwasher, oven, and trash can is usually all I need. I bring nearly everything required to transform your kitchen into my workspace.

What if someone doesn't eat raw fish?

No problem at all. Cooked options can easily be incorporated into the menu so everyone at the table has something they'll enjoy.

Can I request specific fish or courses?

Absolutely. I love learning what you enjoy and can tailor the menu around your preferences. Rather than recreating dishes from other restaurants, I use your preferences as inspiration to create something unique for your evening.

Are add-ons available?

Absolutely. Premium ingredients like caviar, toro, uni, wagyu, scallops, wine pairings, desserts, and other enhancements can be added to personalize your experience. If there's something specific you're looking for, just let me know during the planning process.

How long does the experience last?

Most evenings last around four to five hours from arrival to cleanup, with dinner service typically lasting about two hours. The exact timing depends on the experience you choose and the size of your group.

Do I need to provide anything?

Very little. As long as there's a bit of counter space and access to your kitchen, I take care of the rest. If there's anything specific needed for your event, I'll let you know well in advance.
